No license synchronization period "Deactivated status" & Resolution

Work around:
Access Sophos Firewall UI select>diagnostics>tools>under Name lookup tool test the connection to "eu-prod-utm.soa.sophos.com" w/o quote.

If successfully able to lookup then again try to initiate synchronize button. under Administration>licensing
