After loading a customer with CLoad 100 09472379548, the merchant received a confirmation, then the same customer availed another customer which is CLOAD 200 09472379548, the customer received “invalid”. So the merchant type CLOAD 200 09472379548 again and it was successful but received two confirmations. Then the customer insists that she only receives 280 but it should be 500. Can we know the actual load that the customer received.

You can check the report on ePinoy Load Admin Panel:
After logging at the Admin Panel, click Reports then click Search Mobile Hierarchy
• Enter cell number(e.g. 09205089650) on the text box
• Click Go
• On the Result, Click the link with cell number that was entered.
• On the left side menu, click Logs(should be color brown)
• Click topup Subscriber.
• You’ll see all successful logs there.

It is our policy that when you see a reference number, it was successfully topped up.

Note: The system also doe auto-refunds.
