If the client encountered the following message ”Error. INVALID SMART NUMBER. Please check if the number is ACTIVE and denom is for correct product (SmartBro, Buddy, TnT). Reminder, roaming numbers cannot be loaded with denoms that is less than P30. Your balance was NOT deducted. Your balance is N/A”:

-The scenario occurs when a user sends an identical text message within 3 days. “Possible duplicate SMS. If this is a valid transaction, please change the message by inserting a space at the end of your message”. This is to protect the retailer from problems such as double loading which often happens with smart.

To ensure the uniqueness of the transaction, the retailer needs to text:
