Step by step Procedure in opening a Ticket

1. Go to


2. Select and click Submit a Ticket.




3. Select a Department to email your concern then click Next.




4. Fill in the fields with as much detailed information then click Submit.




5. Ticket Information will display.




Note: You will receive an automated response confirming of your ticket. The email includes a link where you can check and reply to your ticket.
