Is there a possibility of application timing out when eScan is scanning?

A. We have implemented a variety of methods to ensure that eScan application is 
"kept alive" when it is receiving and processing emails. This has been extensively tested 
internally with many different applications. Should a time-out problem occur with a particular 
application, please contact us immediately so that we may investigate ASAP.
