After installing eScan, is there a slowdown in the PC performance?

A. Generally after any Anti-Virus installation, there will be a minor difference in the 
systems performance, since the Anti-Virus keeps scanning in the background. But eScan has 
been designed to take minimum CPU and RAM utilization.
